Create an Account: No Email Address Required
Start by opening the VPNMu account creation page. Set a username and password, then submit the form. VPNMu does not require an email address, and you will use this username and password to sign in later. Choose a username you will recognize, and store its password separately from passwords used on other websites.
After the submission succeeds, the page will take you to the user panel. Seeing sections such as Overview, Plans, or Subscriptions means the account is ready to use. There is no need to look for a client yet or copy configuration from another page. Get the required entry points and subscription details from the VPNMu user panel so they match your account and plan.
If the page says the username is already taken, choose another username and submit again. If signing in returns you to the login page, first confirm that you entered the username you just created, then check capitalization and symbols in the password. Once the account details are correct, continue to the Plans page instead of repeatedly searching for the subscription entry while signed out.
PLAN
Choose a Plan and Complete Your Order
After signing in, open the Plans page. VPNMu offers monthly subscriptions and data packages that never expire, supporting different usage patterns. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. These plans suit frequent users who want a fixed amount of data each month.
For occasional use, consider the data packages, which remain available until the data is used: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Do not judge a plan by total data alone; consider how you will use it. Web browsing, documents, and text-based AI Tools are generally easier to manage, while extended HD video, large downloads, or continuous connections on multiple devices consume data faster.
Once you have chosen a plan, create an order as instructed on the page, then select an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel to check the order and plan status. Proceed only after the page shows that the plan is active. If payment is complete but the panel has not updated, refresh the order or overview page first instead of creating the same order again.
When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. All plans support unlimited devices and include a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. SUBSCRIPTION
Get the Subscription URL from the User Panel
After the plan becomes active, return to the user panel overview. Find the subscription section, which may include options such as Copy subscription, Import into client, or Update subscription. When you click Copy, the system places the complete subscription URL for your account on the clipboard. Use this URL for every client import; there is no need to copy routes individually or enter server settings manually.
A subscription URL is essentially the credential a client uses to read route configuration, so store it like a password. Do not publish it on public pages, in group chats, or in screenshots, and do not give it to someone you do not know for configuration. If you have pasted it somewhere public, return to the user panel and check for a reset option. Generate a new URL and update your own clients.

If the client says the URL is invalid, return to the panel and click Copy again, checking that no characters are missing from the beginning, end, or middle. CLIENT IMPORT
Import the Client by Platform
The client reads the subscription, displays regional routes, and establishes the system connection. Get the entry point for your platform from the Downloads section of the VPNMu user panel rather than looking for a static installer on this page. After installation, follow the instructions for your system. Interfaces vary, but the workflow is the same: open subscription management, paste the URL, save the configuration, and update the route list.
Windows
Get the Windows client from the user panel and complete the installation. Open it, go to subscription or configuration management, and choose Import from URL. Paste the subscription URL you copied into the address field. You can name it VPNMu for easy identification, then save and run an update.
Once the update finishes, the main interface should show available regions or routes. Avoid running multiple network tools at the same time, as their system proxy settings may conflict. Choose a route suited to your current purpose, then click Connect or Enable. If the system asks for network permission, confirm that the request comes from the client you just installed before continuing.
macOS
Open the macOS client entry from the user panel, follow the system prompts to install it, and launch the client. On first run, macOS may ask to allow a network configuration to be added. Verify the client source before granting the required permission; otherwise, the client may import the subscription successfully but still be unable to manage the current network connection.
Open the client’s configuration or subscription page and choose Add remote configuration, Import from URL, or a similarly named option. Paste the subscription URL, save it, and run an update. When the regional routes appear, return to the main interface, choose a route, and enable the connection. If the client shows a status icon in the menu bar, use it to check the connection or switch routes quickly.
Android
Get the Android client from the user panel and install it on your device. Open the client, go to Configuration, Subscription, or Remote configuration, tap Add, and choose the URL method. Paste the subscription URL, save it, tap Update, and wait for the regional routes to appear.
When connecting for the first time, Android will display a network connection authorization prompt. Confirm it so the client can establish a system-level connection. iOS
Open the iOS client entry from the user panel and install the recommended client as instructed. After installation, return to the user panel to copy the subscription URL, then open the client’s subscription or configuration section. Choose Add from URL, paste the complete URL, save it, and update the routes.
When enabling the connection for the first time, the system will ask to allow a network configuration and may require confirmation using the device’s built-in verification method. After authorizing it, choose a regional route and connect. A network connection indicator will appear in the system status area. If the list is empty after import, run an update manually first; if it remains empty, copy the subscription URL from the panel again and reimport it.
VERIFY
Connect and verify that the acceleration service is active
After importing the subscription, update the route list in the client and choose a region that matches your purpose. There is no need to study every technical parameter at the start.
Click Connect and wait for the client status to change to Connected. Then open VPNMu’s IP lookup page to check the current exit region. Compare the page before and after connecting: if the exit region matches the selected route and the target website opens normally, the client is managing the network connection correctly.
If the client says Connected but the webpage looks unchanged, disconnect and reconnect once, and make sure the browser is not showing an old cached page. You can also close the current tab and reopen the IP lookup page. If only one website is unavailable while other pages work, try another route in the same region. If no pages work, return to the client and check whether the subscription is updated and system network permission is enabled.
When speeds fluctuate, do not switch through a large number of routes in quick succession. Keep the same network environment and try a nearby region and the region where the target service is located, then observe whether page loading, video playback, or file transfers improve. AFTER SETUP
What to Do After Basic Setup
Once the connection is working, keep the daily workflow simple: open the client, update the subscription, choose a regional route, connect, and then access the target service. You do not need to import the subscription again each time. Manually update or recopy the URL only when the client has not shown new routes for a long time or the user panel indicates that the subscription details have changed.
To use VPNMu on another device, sign in to the same VPNMu account, get the client for that platform from the user panel, and import the subscription for the same account. VPNMu supports unlimited devices, so there is no need to create a separate account for each one. Public devices are not suitable for storing subscription URLs long term; if you import one temporarily, delete the client configuration and sign out of the user panel afterward.
