Service Scope and Applicability
VPNMu provides network acceleration across 120+ countries / 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border connections and help users connect to international websites, online tools, and digital content they are authorized to access.
Available route regions, connection methods, and client access points are based on what appears in the user panel. Local network conditions, network operators, device environments, and destination service policies may affect connection performance. VPNMu may adjust available routes for maintenance, resource allocation, or service quality, but page listings do not constitute a guarantee that any specific route will remain continuously available.
Accounts, Devices, and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and subscription information and are responsible for activity carried out through their account. The service supports unlimited devices, but each account and subscription is for the account holder's use on devices they manage. Reselling, renting, publicly posting, or sharing access with third parties is not permitted.
Monthly subscriptions are: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported.
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the related account and order can be verified. Before confirming payment, users should check the selected plan, data allowance, subscription type, and payment details.
Acceptable Use and Account Measures
When using VPNMu, users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located, as well as the rules of the websites, applications, and online services they access. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others' lawful rights, interference with network infrastructure, distribution of malicious programs, or unauthorized access and testing.
If an account is used unlawfully, a subscription is resold, login information is publicly shared, service operation is disrupted, or other users' normal connections are repeatedly affected, VPNMu may restrict relevant features, suspend service, or terminate the account as appropriate. Such measures will be based on the need to maintain service operation, protect user interests, and meet compliance requirements.
Availability and Liability
VPNMu performs route maintenance, adapts clients, and makes necessary service adjustments. Maintenance, changes in underlying networks, device configuration, network operator failures, changes to destination service rules, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of certain features.
Users are responsible for confirming their access rights to destination content and keeping suitable backups for important operations. To the extent permitted by law, VPNMu is not liable beyond the limits required by applicable law for losses directly caused by a user's device, a third-party network, a destination website, or an event that cannot reasonably be controlled. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms and Other Provisions
VPNMu may revise these terms when its services, compliance requirements, or operating methods change. Revisions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be updated accordingly. Users should review the terms in effect before continuing to use the service.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Accounts, subscriptions, refunds, and usage are governed by the applicable rules published at the time of the user's actions; these terms and the specific transaction information in the user panel together form the service agreement.
